SOLUTION: One-stop-shop program cohort of Supplier Diversity in a Box (SDiaB)
RESULTS: Given their customers reporting demands, this customer wanted to create a supplier diversity program to be compliant with growing customer diversity reporting requirements but didn’t know how to start building such a program. SDiaB changed their perspective and gave them all of the tools, procedures, project plan and guidance to create a supplier diversity program. They are now compliant with their customer reporting requirements and preparing for upcoming reporting. Their customer is delighted.
CLIENT: National Insurance company
SUPPLIER DIVERSITY CHALLENGE: This National insurance leader company has a functional supplier diversity program that needed to be enhanced to meet the growing and changing needs of their customers.
SOLUTION: Developed a customized program to evaluate the current state of the supplier diversity program and created a road map of development.
RESULTS: Staffing augmentation and program remediation is underway. This company also engaged us in retained consulting services resulting from selling a block of consulting hours to be used in a fashion that meets the company needs.

SUPPLIER DIVERSITY CHALLENGE: Needed a customized approach to creating a supplier diversity program and came to SourceOne Innovations, Inc. for a creative approach.
SOLUTION: SourceOne Innovations consultants and support staff co-led the creation of a supplier diversity program using a patented workplan to move the program forward from beginning to end.
RESULTS: A fully functional and customized supplier diversity program was created in 6 months with tremendous first year results. Company has received recognition for their supplier diversity program.
CLIENT: National property management company
SUPPLIER DIVERSITY CHALLENGE: Senior leadership had a rudimentary supplier diversity program but needed to strengthen the technology and increase communication with suppliers who were not fully aware of supplier diversity.
SOLUTION: Conducted a SDiaB cohort consisting of 7, one-hour, virtual modules all designed from a practitioner’s perspective including a separate 90-minute Supplier Webinar which provides a sound overview of supplier diversity, the power of third party diversity certification, and finally a message from the customer to the suppliers outlining what is needed from their suppliers. At that time the suppliers were also alerted of upcoming Tier 2 spend reporting requirements and that only spend from third party certified suppliers could be submitted.
RESULTS: Delivered a SDiaB cohort with over 30 employees taking them through every stage of creating a supplier diversity program. The supplier webinar portion of the program was delivered to over 80 suppliers each hearing firsthand why they were invited to this event and what is expected.
